A different direction

Obviously posting on here has been a little lacking, to say the least. I will make no attempts apologize, instead I will offer a new direction.
Recently I have felt the urge to study the Federalist and Anti Federalist papers together. Read one article and then read the argument against it. I find this period of American History very enjoyable because you see the process of how our Government was created. The opinions that shaped our laws and processes of how it works. The bitter disputes and the compromises behind them. How these men worked together to form a Government that is still going strong today. Personally I would say everyone should know these things but then again that is just my opinion

Before get started on the actual articles I will offer up a brief history.
After America declared independence the Continental Congress scrambled to come up with a system of government to run the country. They settled on a system, The Articles of Confederation, that left weighty things like armies and war, foreign affairs, and the monetary system in the hands of a central government and everything else up to the individual states. Each state in a sense was its own government. Laws varied greatly between each state and trade between them was even trickier. But this system of government worked well for a wartime nation. And in 1783 we shocked world and defeated the largest military force of that, Great Britain. And we continued to operate under the Articles of Confederation.

Soon it's many flaws became very apparent and a series of events led to a demand for a revised Articles of Confederation.
